I wished to forget who I was and entertain the young hippies.

trying to write when so many were
hurting to love each other
yet the sea still lapped the shore
and the prime evil mud was not saying a word
I wanna be the guy with flowers and champagne
but I wont tell secrets
poverty is relative to the universe
but they'd heard it all before
paying money is not to heed the call
the video light winking at me warm
wishing it was childhood corn
and the sun locks that are never shorn
pass the blow here and suckle up to the milk tit

the stars are glowing
and this life in my nail is a nit
grey coats and laser soft hair
free food kitchens
and a damp warm communal lair
I'd forgotten who I was
listening to jazz
the suckling sea was roaring at me
dancing on a pinhead
talking to a tree.
